Locations

Terminal 1 – D Gates: Airside, opposite Gates D6–D7.
Terminal 3 – A Gates: Airside, opposite Gate A1 in the Duty Free area.
Terminal 3 – B Gates: Airside, near the Emirates Connection counters between Gates B14–B18.
Terminal 3 – C Gates: Airside, lower level behind Duty Free; check-in next to Gate C14.

Important Information

  • Advance booking is recommended to secure the preferred sleep option and duration.
  • Guests should proceed directly to their booked Sleepover location, where the reception team will complete check-in and direct them to their pod or cabin.
  • Guests whose flights are delayed should inform us before their scheduled check-in time. Spaces are generally held for up to one hour after the booked check-in time unless prior notice is provided.
  • Guests are advised to book the Sleepover location closest to their arrival or departure terminal. Departure gates may not be confirmed far in advance, so a specific location cannot always be recommended based on gate number.
  • Passengers can move between A, B and C Gates within Terminal 3.
  • Travelling between Terminal 1 D Gates and Terminal 3 A/B/C Gates requires a shuttle transfer and security check, so additional transfer time should be allowed.
  • Passengers using Terminal 2 can consider the Terminal 3 B or C Gates Sleepover locations, depending on their flight and transfer arrangements.
  • Changes to an existing booking are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply as rates can vary between locations.
