Important Information
- Advance booking is recommended to secure the preferred sleep option and duration.
- Guests should proceed directly to their booked Sleepover location, where the reception team will complete check-in and direct them to their pod or cabin.
- Guests whose flights are delayed should provide notice before their scheduled check-in time. Spaces are generally held for up to one hour after the booked check-in time unless prior notice is provided.
- Sleepover locations are available at both the North Node and South Node of Hamad International Airport.
- Airlines may use gates in either the North or South Node, and gate numbers are generally not known in advance. Passengers can therefore choose either Sleepover location.
- The North and South Node locations are approximately 10–20 minutes apart on foot. Passengers can also use the airport shuttle train, with travel between the areas taking approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Shower facilities are available at the Doha North Node location.
- Changes to an existing booking are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply as rates can vary by location.
